Forum rules
This is a starting set of terms of use, written to meet the baseline transparency and notice-and-action obligations that apply to any hosting service under the EU Digital Services Act — not a substitute for legal review.
Point of contact
For legal authorities, and for any user wanting to report content or raise a concern about the forum, the point of contact is info@roadlegal.cz.
Acceptable use
You agree not to post content that:
- is illegal under Czech or EU law;
- infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- is harassing, defamatory, or hateful toward any person or group;
- promotes illegal vehicle modifications as if they were legal, or knowingly spreads false information about legality;
- is spam, advertising, or unrelated to vehicle modification topics.
Reporting content (notice-and-action)
If you believe a post or thread is illegal or violates these rules, email info@roadlegal.cz with a link to the post/thread and a short explanation. We will review the report and, where warranted, remove the content or restrict the account, and we will let you know the outcome. If action is taken against your own content, we will tell you why and which rule applied.
Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion, without prior notice for serious or illegal content. Accounts and posts are otherwise kept until you ask us to delete them — see the privacy policy for how to do that.
Disclaimer
Forum posts are user opinions and experiences, not verified legal advice. See the site-wide legal notice for the general disclaimer that applies to all content on this site.
